Introduction to Agile: Why Use Agile?

A 59 Seconds Agile Article

This article provides an ‘Introduction to Agile’ and looks to discuss why you would follow the Agile Values and Principles. It provides a brief introduction into the benefits of Agile and the advantages of following the principles.
